Delivery

 

We aim to make and dispatch your order within 7 – 14 days,  personalised beds can take longer especially at busy times. Please allow up to 21 days. We will keep you informed of any delays. Occasionally we may try to make some products to have in stock but these will only ever be un-personalised or have a standard word or phrase embroidered on them.

 

International Delivery

Cancellation & Returns

 

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched (excluding personalised items) by contacting us with your order number, we will then issue a full refund. We cannot accept any personalised products back. Non-personalised products can be returned with prior authorisation, please always contact us before sending any product back.

 

Faulty Products

 

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please contact us. We will then arrange for you to return it to us and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We will reimburse your postage costs if your pre-approved return is due to a fault. Any return must be sent using the method of postage that we recommend at the time that you contact us. In the event a package is lost we will require Proof of Postage.
